Random molecular noise will register S70-80 Q0 from a typical LNB aimed at anything other than space. A cursory check of the LNB can be done by turning the LNB power off in the installation menu to see if the S disappears.

Since your problem resulted from a storm, make sure the cables and connectors are not waterlogged.
