OK, the cable is good and there is no switch to mess with. Is the mast still plumb, or could the wind have tilted it? I would test reception integrity by aiming for the easy sat at 91W. Mark the mast and turn the dish 3-4 mm from the mark to find 95W which is easier to find than 97W. Of course the elevation will need to be adjusted. Mark the mast and turn the dish 1-2mm for 97W. A $10 sat meter really does help in finding weak sats like Galaxy25.
