PC FTA reciever thoughts?

I currently have 3 STB's here in the basement. I use the 2 FTA's until one goes down and I hook up the "standard" box at that point. I run 2 signals to my pc to be projected on my homebuilt projector. Great for football and basketball season.

Anyway, I'm getting tired of all these boxes and wires around my pc. I would like to get PCI/PCI-E FTA tuners if they work as well. I have a few questions about these.

1. Are they even available?
2. Do they work as well?
3. How is file support?
4. How easy is the configuration?
5. Is the price worth it?
6. HD?
8. How does the pc handle the load for voltage going out to the dish? I'm not sure how many amps go to the dish at 13v/18v.

9. Pro's/Con's?
10. Make and Model?

Feel free to throw anything in I may have missed in the questions above.

Thanks In Advance
'Maro
