Does anyone he na issue with not being able to turn the coolsat on/off via the remote control. I am sometimes able to turn the unit off with the remote but I always have to manually turn the unit on with the switch at the back of the unit to turn it back on.
I almost always lose my previously loaded epg as well.
Anytime you turn your box on/off with the back switch you loose your EPG.... I havent figure a way around of that one yet. There is a lot of freezing with this current bin and it is time for a new one already. The fact that sometimes you cant turn on/off with your remote is also caused by the freezing and a new working bin should resolve that.

I've been having the same problem for a couple of bins now. The stb locks up and does not respond the remote. The buttons on the front will not work either. Only thing i've found that works is the switch on the back. Could this be a bin problem? Mine has been like this since the last three or four bins.
This will not solve the Bin issue but make sure you press the "STB" button next to the power on/of BEFORE trying to turn it off/on or doing anything else remotely.
