missing channels

over the last 2 fixes i get everything as usual except for the military and science channel, they come up on the epg but don't list the program and show as scramble channel, its not my settings because i get all pay per view etc.,im in south florida, any ideas?

never mind i rescanned channels and they are back

I cleared out channels and did a rescan and Im back up and running again
