Is bin 197 working for anyone? DN appears to have been down for over a week and there have been no new bins or discussion of them. Are coders working on it? Thanks.

Thank you very much for the reply. By a "hard reboot," do you mean merely turning off the Coolsat with the rear power button? Tried that, but still getting "scrambled channel." Until recently, it's been working fine, and everything looks normal, but the bin 197 and the 196 don't work. Would appreviate any suggestions. Thanks much.

Testers have reported BIN 197 is working with no problem. Suggest you get a new copy of the BIN and download to your CS7000 file, then reload to your receiver. But, FIRST, remove your current BIN 197 from your computer, because sometime overwritting does not remove the complete file.

Make sure your received is accepting the new file......check your system information for S/W Version. The 7000 is a fine receiver, keep slugging away.
