Sure enuf, have been a VIP member for more than a year now but the support that I personally get for CS 7k is very poor i.e the latest files are posted so late that by the time we download it, a new file needs to be uploaded immdly & the cycle goes on. Have not had the pleasure of watching TV or my favourite shows for the past month or so NOW. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH CS 7K & THE SUPPORT I GET FROM ABADSS FOR IT!

i understand your frustrations but we here at aba do not write the codes for the files we just provide them for our members and we can only do that when the files are provided to us from the coders and we get them up as soon as we make sure that they are tested and free of anything that could harm your pc or receiver

This is a good answer and if you don't like it go back to cable. no one wants to here you ***** about something you cann't do your self. If you can help the rest of us that is waiting patiently. Thanks to the suppliers and coders we like the job you do.

Thanks, for all of you guys who participated in communication. And also thanks for those who are working hard for it. And Mr. veejay. unfortunately we are not in command, the only guy which is totally invisible I guess for most of us is a Coder. And we just have to sit tight and hope that Coder eventually have mercy on Coolsat users.

Coolsat used to be the best in line but there were so many fakers who made it down to earth. And Fake Coolsat made the original Coolsat manufacturer pissed off.
Now what, Coolsat and its user are facing wrath.

Another Humor that I heard, thought why not I share with you all. Is that ; Coolsat Manufacturer Has decided to Manufacture another product with different Brand name. And in order to make a Sale they have Cut down the Coolsat support as well as production.

Now, It could be true and it could be wrong. God knows. We just have to have a faith as we all are the keeper of faith.

Hey there Veejay:

While I understand your frustration, there are a few key things I think that are important to remember at times like these. At ABAdss, we are a support site, we help people solve their satellite issues.

Coders are responsible for the coding that they do, WE are not. While you are frustrated at the moment, I would suggest that you do what many in this hobby have done and that is operate more than one receiver, some go on the fritz and its nice to have the option of a back up (in case of a situation just like the one you find yourself in).

Blaming the team here at ABAdss may make you feel a bit better, but I can assure you, the file you seek will not come any faster just because you wish it so.

We understand your frustration, we've all found ourselves in your shoes, although its how we elect to deal with it that is a true mark of our character.

A file will be posted as soon as it is ready, of this I can assure you.

Do you have to be a vip member to download the fixs? I am Still trying to learn i have a coolsat 7000. If anyone could help i would appreciate it. Mine is scrambling every other minute.
