trouble with epg

i cant down load my epg when iam in the guide mode and i hit the blue button nothing happens , before it worked . did i turn off some thing on the remote or what happend. my setting look ok.

your pointed to 119 correct?
try and list all info possible.
as with no info such has the file version,dish,lnb,switch,current antenna settings,etc,really we are all left blind until this info is posted.thanks buddy.

Sorry my friend, but this has been a problem with CS for quite some while now.
From what I can gather, the problem is the coders have not made the needed software solution to allow the EPG to load data.
However, if you go to channel 200 and wait...the data seems to load...but not extended.
I am hoping that they will fix that soon...but who knows...

i'm not familiar with cs but on most receivers with a multi day guide channel 239 works good but if its a bin issue your probably out of luck.

Yes, channel 239 was the channel we used to use, to upload the EPG data.
But it don't work there anymore & seems to do a little better just sitting on channel 200.
Anybody that knows better...then I'm all ears. lol

I would like to see a fix for extended EPG for 119 (and 118.8)
True, in the past 239 worked but no longer.
Is 239 still the one to use on 118.8 when it is fixed?
