Hey, them guys asleep or what? I love this box when its workin, but I cannot believe My lil Pansat 2500 has been Rock solid for months! And to think, I was told it was absolete years ago. Its like the little red tug boat, just wont give up.
For a while there the csat 7000 was jammin, but seems like were slippin again. I guess there must be things were not aware of or somethin, I just wish this thing was more reliable so I wouldn't have to keep swappin back and forth, guess Im gonna have to buy a back up for my backup and a bckup for that one, like "6 boxes" lol, just kiddin. Sorry for the negativity, just seems like I always end up on the wrong end of the stick .

It seems like they just don't give a chit about their faithful ex customers ! I will never purchase another one of their products.

It seems that if we have an ECM near the end of the week, Coolsat owners have to wait until Monday for their fix to come out. Other brands have definitely been more reliable lately. I have an older Pansat as a back up also.
