I just wanted to say thanks to COOLSAT for having the WORST support in the whole FTA industry.... if you are thinking about buying a box STAY AWAY from coolsat, just a friendly advice.

for the pass few mnts coolsat its bent verry slow only files....i use to love coolsat i buy 4k 5k 61k ...and it was not good ...now i got viewsat ultra im always up

I know i know sounds like iam kissing butt-but cs have neo coders now. They just got started so iam giving them a break. They did a good job getting the neos working cardless & still working on the iks. So coders keep on keeping on. There are still alot of us who have faith in you

alewys keep a couple of diferent brands of stb's that way you'll alweys be up onless everybody be down,just a friendly advise

ya cs support has been bad everysince i got mine ima bout to fix mine though i got a nice reer tire on my car that would love to run it over and then ima send it back and tell em thats what i think of your stb LOL

cs makes stb's for fta. you put a modified file on it and complain that it doesn't work. hmmmm That's like buying a dvd player and trying to play a copied dvd in it and complaining it won't play so let's bash the company.

Use it for what it's meant for before bashing it. If it won't do free to air for ya worth a crap then i'd say it's ok to bash.

Just like anything else, you want to modify something you better do some research first.

As for this issue with all the complaining about coders changing, slow code was better then no code eh?
