Any FTA receiver with a factory file can receive VTV4 from Galaxy25 97W Tp14, Freq 11966 L(H) as it is a true FTA channel. In San Jose, CA, with a large Viet community, installers are advertising 33-36" dishes with linear LNB for this satellite.
