Thanks for your reply. Actually I was doing some testing at my buddy's place couple of days ago, we got the dish all setup, we used his coolsat 5000 to aim the dish, we were able to get signal is around 70% and up. It was working fine with with the coolsat, the picture was nice and clear. Then I swap the coolsat out with my neosat. Below is the setting I set on my stb:

T5 97w
lnb type -> standard
lnb freq -> 10750
tp -> 11966 H

I did the satellites search on the neosat, it found a bunch of Asian channels, but vtv 4 was not on the list of channels found. I did a tp search and no channel was found. I swapped the stbs back and forth a couple of times to make sure the dish was not affected by the wind. Well, we did this around 2-3 in the morning so my brain may not be fully functional.

I'm planning to give it another shot tonight, but was hoping someone can confirm in fact this specific stb can pickup this specific channel. Most people I know never heard of neosat, most own a coolsat, pansat or viewsat. Any idea?
