I have checked to see what info was available but with no luck, could you help

I completed loading my Ariza 700 with the new auto roll patch, all was well unitl I arrived at key EMU. I tried to turn it to the on position but I could not change the setting to on or off, the area were you would expect to find on or off is blank, can this be reset in any way ???

I can get dishnet instuction channel but all other gives me srcambled or bad channel.....any suggestions would be great thanks !!!!
