I received it on 9/20/2008
Returned it on 9/23/2008
They received it on 9/25/2008
On 10/01/2008 they sent package label to my e-mail address but no shipment has been shipped, I have a tracking number to conform it.

They haven't answered the phone all week, I have tried from 1 P.M. to 7 P.M. EST, now they have my money and the product. What a company.....
