Those channels are on C-Band from IA9 and require a 6-8 foot dish. That sat is over the Atlantic, so the further east you are the higher in the sky the sat will be. Arirang is also available from Galaxy25 97W on Ku-Band and is true FTA. YTN from the same sat is Viaccess encrypted.
