Three things about captain team..... - ABA DSS

After observing the behaviour of Team Captain for past two months I have come to conclusion that can be said as three points about them

1. THERE IS NO CAPTAIN TEAM: it seems like captain dealers are posting threads and update just to get some time as there is no captain team what so ever.

2. THESE GUYS ARE REALLY STUPIDS: other logic is that Team captain if exist then is very stupid and new to business as showing us customers really bad customer support and false statement which led customers who know the market very well more angry and finally end up with hating their receivers.

3. THEY ARE TAKING CUT BACKS FROM OTHER RECEIVERS COMPANIES: The only other logic is that Team Captain are doing it purposely cause they are taking cuts from other manufecturers so customers get angry and end up buying different receivers.

whatever the case we the captain customers are still scratching our heads as what kind of files or BETA testing they are doing as for files CW, Viewsat,Fortec,Sonicew,Ariza, Pansat and all converted arte up and running.

So guys stop playing around and let us know what the heck is going on at your side we want the truth not anyother file in progress...........

While I understand your frustration, with respect to the speed at which TEAM CAPTAIN releases files, your post simply could not contain anymore errors than it currently does.

1.this is not true.there is a coding team for captains.of course or you wouldn't see any files.

2****ptain is stupid why?

yeah,most others are up at this time.support is slow overall for captains.i do hope it gets better as well.

Captain has had its ups and downs,at least its up and running watching doth DN and B3V as web speek chill out, it all workout in the end.

Thank you for at least speaking on some things that have left me scratching my head. The support for my 7100 is obscenely slow. I have had it less than a month and am already debating trashing it for another receiver due to the support (or lack thereof).

While others are enjoying their TV, we are still stuck with excuses that we are in BETA testing or whatever else will get us to shut up for a little while longer. It's just dumb.

If they are going to half-arse their work (like they obviously are), speak up and say it. Do not try to pull the wool over my eyes with excuses. I don't like to be talked to like I am stupid. I'd respect them a whole lot more if they were just honest about the 'work' they are doing.

i agree with toe captain has been slow with fixes ,but they are picking up speed ,my captain 8000 has been up and running ,at least on bev ,it even took the last ecm with no downtime ,i belive the captain coaders are busting there a-s to get fixes out to captain owners after all the bad rap they have been getting latley ,so dont give up yet .i think captain coaders will be something to be recond in the neer future ..

I Too Am Still Up With Captain And Do Not Believe They Shoud Be Singled Out. Every Coder Team Has Had Their Ups And Downs. We Are All Free To Air Our Oppinion .

Captain was up but still waiting on coolsat (so you see they are not last).

What bin are you rinning I'm up on DN but no BEV?

Nowdays it is getting hard to keep track of what version works, I'm running 629b

We all can't be first to be up and running. Relax and stop this bashing against our coders. It does not help anything.

If you have been testing for some time you will know there are always down times and others that get their fix's sooner.

It's trial and error. But that's the fun of it all...
