Oh yeah the picture quality is great , for some reason it picks up better quality signal then the nfusion as well.I am very pleased with the performance of the 7100usb.

It isn't too bad but my only beef is everytime i put the unit in Standby with the remote and then turn it on I lose all EPG info. I have to DL EPG every single time I turn on the unit. Have never seen a unit do that except this one. Oops, sorry for the Hijack

yeah,iv never had a stb boot every time you turn off/on with remote.that is a strange thing.i just leave her on.but you can delete the junk channels and set her to load just 1 day rather than the full 9 if you want,and your only talking a couple mins,so its pretty trivial anyway.least to me.

yeah I leave mine on 24/7 as well. the heat isn't a issue and it draws less current than a 15 watt nite light anyway.
