Hi all: I'm new to the community and I have a captain 7000 receiver, my problem is it has the latest files but every now and then it freezes up and only the "NASA: channel works, what causes this and is there a fix, I have done a hard reboot and still the same can anyone help please thx

you could try a factory reset....followed by an autoscan. worked for me last night.
