Captain8000HD missing channels - ABA DSS

I have a viewsat platinium2000 & just purchased a Captain8000hd. They are both connected to a bev dish. On Viewsat2000 I get around 600channels though HD are scrambled. On Captain8000 I get 323 ch. on nimiq 91 & 89ch. on nimiq 82. I have 3 cable lines connected to a bell sw44 switch.Is this sw compatible with Captain8000. Is the signal for Captain the same position a my viewsat. Also, what is the best Legacy sw switching.
New at this . Hope I'm clear. Can anybody help me. Much appreciated.

Hey Fuzzy, the best way to find out if the sw44 is compatible with Captain is take it out of the equation. so replace it with a regular cheap disqe switch and see if you receive more channels with the Captain 8000 after scanning. please post back your reply.. if the sw44 is the problem then I will let TC know about it.. thanx

Tried a regular switch. Same. Channels I'm missing I can get when I use Legacy sw 21 but then I don't get all the HD channels.All the ch. are there. I just can't figure out the right legacy sw combination. Right now I have nimiq 2 82 on legacy sw 42 dish 1 & nimiq 1 91 on legacy sw. 42 .Channels missing like Hgtv Playboy Blu local french & eng. ch. Hope i'm making sense. Thanks

Hey fuzzy

I tried to simulate the situation with my Captain but with a regular Diseq switch and it scanned in all the channels... try it with a regular diseq switch instead of all the sw series and I am sure it will scan all the channels.. let us know what happens bud
