Hi, magaman, yes, after coming close several times to just chucking it out the window, I finally converted it. And I tried so many different things that when I finally did get it converted I don't know for certain what really worked. Although I have a suspicion that the file I was using the #10 or whatever it was called was corrupt. I downloaded a different one from another site and all of a sudden it worked. Thanks to all the good people on this site that keep suggesting all the different things to try. MY hat's off to all. Thanks again for the help. However, even with this new file, I still only test for 3 to 5 minutes and stare at a scrambled message for another five. Oh well, It worked good for a while. I am using a stand-alone file, and the newest bin available. I have had a Pansat 2500 forever and it still works better and looks better than this one. That's the one I am testing.
