what happned before it quit. was it running and and just stoped working ,had my captain 8000 for a year now and have had no problems ..

This is a tough one for most of the coding teams, not just Team Captain. However, if you're pointed at D/n it still works with the 657 fix.. it's just BEV who's proving to be a bit tough this time.

If you don't have D/n or your setup is only for BEV, then it's the time to watch your pre-recorded stuff, or take a "time out" from TV.
