problem with epg - ABA DSS

Having the same problem when press menu nothing comes up in the menu screen. Tried letting it set on 239 and same thing is going on.

flip the rear switch off/on.
power off/on via remote.
wait for boot up.
press epg.press blue button to load epg.
check your epg day level.try setting it to load 1/2 or 3 day for best results.any higher not only takes longer,but reboots/blank spots may occur.

tried the hard re boot and tried sitting on 239. Nothing worked. My EPG settings are 5 days Echo 8/10 home tp 12224. It used to be easy what am I doing wrong

msrigby,
you have your home tp set incorrectly.
for best results,you really should consider post #5 again.
however,if you wish to try longer epg.you will need to set your home tp correctly first.(required when you select 5 or above days)

and p.s. thanks for report back as well luthermccree.

also don't forget the less channels you have,the faster the epg loads.-as with all stbs.
so ditch your junk channels first.take your time to delete them out.its worth it.

oh,also,you don't have to reboot each time you want to load epg again in the future as per post #5.
those steps where added-power off/on rear switch/remote to resolve possible issues you might of had.do this anytime you want to start clean slate though if you have loading probs,that's all.should be very rare.generally you just hit load epg button again is all.
