What are the settings for CW600sv for a dish 500 twin lnb. Also the lnb have two possible connections do they both need to be connected to box or just one cable to get 110 and 119?

And I got a message on screen when I connected cable to box that said
"a short occured on the lnb connection" does this mean the lnb is no good I could not get a signal at all. THanks
