Step 1: Click the little arrow beside the "SonicView" receiver and a drop down menu will appear. This is a "Quick Jump" button you can also use the "Forums" tab and scroll to the forum you need.
Step 2: Choose your make of receiver.
Step 3: Click on the "GO" tab just beside the arrow.
You will then see a screen something like this:
Step 4: Click on the "Help" tab for your make and model receiver please do not the click on the "Download" tab, that is for
FILES ONLY!
Once you hit the "Help" tab you will see a screen something like this:
Step 5: Click on the "New Thread" tab.
You will then see a screen something like this:
Step 6: Click in the space just below the word "Title" and chose a title for your question I.E. Need help with....
Step 7: Click in the big box just below the "Message:" header and let us know what you need help with. Please make sure you tell us what make and model receiver you have.
When your done, scroll down and you will see something like this:
Step 8: You can now choose to "Submit New Thread" or you can "Preview Post" so you can take a look at what your post will look like to others.
