I have alway updated this unit and it always works. It's been well over a week now and the last few fixes have not worked for me. Do I need to format this unit and reinstall factory files and then intsall the newest fix?? I was told that and I'm not that sure how to do that. Is there better info to proceed IF that is what has to be done or is this unit just been down for along time?
