I was kind of curious about bev.when the 00 or 01 keys goes down, for my pansat 2500a, the key stays active for me, 3 weeks after the knew key been posted. its like I always get three weeks extra when the key is down. i dont mind, but i was just wondering why? thanks for everything

Hi I'm sorry I'm just wondering what would I need to do to be able to get all the channels cuz I dont know if its just for me but I'm putting the new keys but not all the channels are unlocked for example Fox Sports in Spanish is not available, what would I need to do? would i be able to fix it if I download the software and put it in Autoroll?

Just hold on..the FIX for coolsat6000 is under testing. They will release the FIX later.

I have a viewsat Ultra. Seems to be running OK, but slow autorolling at times. Do you need to input New Keys with this unit to keep on top of things or is loading the latest updates via USB as much as you can do???

we just put the new bin file in and now we can not get our satellites to give us any channels.this is hard to explain we used to have all the channels and now we cant get nimiq to scan anything we changed everything it dont get any quality on anything just wondering could it be our box, because when we take it over our friends house the box works fine, please help

If you are using a diseq switch, it could be bad. Also, are you sure you have your cables hooked up right, sat in, out to TV???
