i own a flu put in new keys ----still did not workproblem was solved when i turned off autoroll off and keycode on (was off )

i put the new key on my buzz reciver but not working what is the problem?????

I am having the same problem with my viewsat Ultra, I entered the codes manually and still getting the Autoroll processing message and if I turn that off then I get no audio no video message. Can anyone please help ?
