Wireless NFusion setup

Is there any way to avoid using a 50ft ethernet cable to set up NF Phoenix? I'm on a home wireless system. The TV is 2 room from my modem and router. Is there some equipment I
can purchase to avoid the long cable? THANKS

Im using a 110ft cat 5 and a 50 ft.From where your computer and router
is I ran the cable out side along the house into the living room and one
down stairs nice and neat. They are connected to the router right to
the receiver.Works great and dont have any cable running through the house. The other way is a wireless bridge set up through the router
or a power line kit 85Mbps.Its your choice. You can,t even tell where the
cat 5 goes out or in through the house and the connection in my opion
is less costly with out any interference.

Re: Wireless NFusion setup

you can use a laptop, Setup is a little complicated, A wireless game adapter or
bridge work well, I used an older Linksys wireless B game adapter, I can't
tell the difference from the wired connection I had there first...

Re: Wireless NFusion setup

If you have the plug in network adapters , those should work great.
I have the instructions for using a laptop somewhere,
Will post them when I find them, I think the powerline adapters would be
much easier though...

Re: Wireless NFusion setup

Thank you I will appreciate if you could send them whever you find instructions. So all I need to do is hook up to the adapters nothing else to do. Sounds easy for a change!
