Well, history seems to suggest that N3 will also fall as I'm sure it isn't a radical enough change from N2 to really thwart the efforts of the coders, after all money is a powerful motivator. If your livelyhood relied on cracking this code you could be sure that you'd throw everything you got at the problem, and to be sure there are some pretty brilliant guys working on it. Until quantum computing becomes an economical reality (20+ years at least) there will never be any truly uncrackable encryption system and most likely that type of system will only be available to governments and military when it does become a reality.
