Remove the spaces in the address and go there. It explains that 77W is for the new Dish Mexico service that is running on several sats. I haven't found anywhere that would explain if DM runs the same BINs as DN, but I doubt it as to actually be able to run a signal to hit all of Mexico they would be running on completely seperate satelite system such as that of BEV in Canada.
