Try unplugging box from wall,,,then unhook sat cable from back of unit.While sat cable is unhooked plug unit back in and see if it will stay on or get any lights in front,,,if so...install newest bin....if this works so far unplug from wall and hook sat cable back up and power on unit...Hopes this helps
