i did it with my rs232 cable & have tube again!!!! YIPPIE!!!! I had previously loaded 3.33, & froze just like everyone else that loaded with the usb. I hooked my receiver to my computer using the rs232, & went through the ipro loader, & now am watching t.v. so yes, the rs232 cable is usable to over write the previous file. I did however find out that after over writing the previous file 3.33 with the 3.34 it did not solve the freezing issue with the usb stick. it will still freeze if you insert the usb, but comes back after removing the usb.
