can someone please explain to me how to upgrade/update my box. just got it today and cannot get any channels, dish is set at the same spot as it was when dish network was hooked up, I downloaded the loader , but it won't pick up a pgm file, or am I doing it wrong,, some please help, as I know nothing, I downloaded the loader to my computer and also the update file, but have no idea how to get it to the usb flash
