OK here are the settings if you are aiming at 110 and 119...
Echo 7(119)
LNB type DPLNBF
LNB Freq 11250
22khz none
Diseq1.0 Port 1
Legacy SW None
Transponder 12239/12486(either)
Motor off
Position disable


For Echo 8/10, use Port 2 and TP 12224
