Why use an old & known hacked card for a new customer?

case 1 - boost popularity in latin america (also boosting fta there??)
case 2 - piss bankrupt latin dave & nds in the process...
case 3 - andre k. lagging with n3 card production demand...

Speaking of Nagra & the latin american market packages...anybody has more info on the Dish Mexico on Echo 4 77w and the Claro Tv on IS-705 50w ? ... there's a connection here since they're on Nagra also...
