FTA Hobby -- Since last Friday when acquired a bad update file from another site (natch) before updated here, have lost some channels that were previously there. have done several --many, many factory defaults --and since did not have a saved chanel list, channels like Charlie 110 and 135 have not returned. have tried to get them back and cannot, seems like a string of missing chanels, tried both the common 12239 and 12224 and have tried a channel scan/search on every TP that showed a signal on the two common sats in the midwest area. Nothing- I even did a blind scan, once the 110 came back with a new number, in fact all channels were renumbered (did not understand that, so did another factory reset) relatively new, but know how to get the channels -- From a purely educational standpoint, does anyone know if there is movement of these channels or theoretically what should be done to receive these channels. BTW, is a Viewsat Pro with settings just like the ones recommended in other posts I read today about this theoretcal problem.

Have a legacy Twin LNB, freq 11250 -- have tried chaniging all the settings, other chanels are good -- seems like its a bunch of channels that are all located the same place, for instance where HBO and PPV would be, and BBC America and also lost Bloomburg TV.
