some VS receivers get confused when new bins are installed.No idea why...but i had this problem..What i do sometimes is download and reinstall new bin again. it may have been corrupted.are you using usb stick?if yes then make sure it is empty...download file, put it on stick, rename it to

PFTAUSWR.PGM then turn off receiver at the back, put the stick in, turn on receiver and wait. when you see 0000 turn receiver off at the back, remove stick. turn it on and watch tv.... hope this helps
