Your Disecq might have went bad. Try bypassing the switch and set your antenna settings to match your hardware configuration once you bypass the switch.

I would recommend using a quality switch like the Cheita HD which cost about $10 and are well worth it as the Disecq switches that come with most STB's are of low quality and prone to failure.

0% Quality shows a problem with the switch or maybe grounding.

Check your cable connections as well.

First thing to do is remove any switches from the equation and then see if you can then get a signal from that sat.

Follow basic troubleshooting: Simplify the hardware setup to the bare basics, configure your antenna settings to match and see if you get a signal.
