Hey Oscar, if you need a real simple receiver with good support, you can try the Viewsat Ultra.As for getting showtime and Zee Tv, you may have to look up the dish positioning for your location, if your dish is not already pointing to those sats.You then have to set your dish and LNB settings etc.Then scan yourr sats.If you post your settings there is lots of help here but you have to upgrade to VIP staus to download the latest files for your receiver.Like I said try the VS Ultra it,s very user friendly.
