1. Your dish settings are fine for 119 and 110 since the OCS dp LNB has an internal DiSEqC switch for Port 1 and 2. If you need to get 61.5, you have no DiSEqC switch for you to use Port 3 for it. You will need a Ecoda 22KHz switch or a SW21 switch, connect the cable from the OCS ds LNB to SW21 Dish1 and 61.5 to SW21 dish2 and your setting will also have to include for 119 & 110 - Legacy switch SW21 dish1 and for the 61.5 only Legacy switch - SW21 Dish2. If you use the Ecoda switch, then instead of using the Leacy switching item for 119 and 110 set 22kHz to OFF and for 61.5 to ON.

2. At the moment you will not be able to get any Indian or Asian Channels on 61.5 as they have been moved to Nag3. So you will have to wait till that part of the system has been rectified by the FTA Teams.
