last yr I bought a nfusion HD, From day one it was hard to connect to the ethernet. The last few months it would loose connections 3 or 4 times a day. I e-mailed nfu warranty and was given a RMA# for repair. I sent it off 7/9/09 and got it back a week later and it was replaced with a brand new receiver no questions askedd. Great warranty from nfu and thxs nfu for the support for the novas too.
