Phoenix Review
the phoenix was removed from the box, hooked up, scanned & tv available within 10 minutes from initial set up.
the remote control is a little different than the nova.buttons in different spots. they added the zoom & other features in the menu. you can now check the weather on your receiver. thats kinda neat.
it didnt take long to get used to it and it feels great in the hand.
the receiver size is the same as the viewsat ultra.
scanning is very fast. picture quality is great.
everytime a new stb is set up it always has its own quirks to iron out than the other models you have tried over the years. the unit is very easy to use.
I would recommend this receiver!

Hey Coors,
I am inclined to purchase the Phoenix. On this unit are you able to pick up PPV and VODS. I think I'm ready to order this. I love my SV I have all 3 but the Iflub needs a lotta work but I have hope they will improve on this.

Pretty much all premiums are up(hbo,showtime ect) and adult channels are up also except 487-488 & 494. Love my pheonix!

Hopely they will add a "blind scan" feature. It is only missing component to grade it A+ , now it is only A.
