Which receiver has redio based remote control ?

Does anyone know what is the solution for one receiver shared two with two TVs?

I want to setup reciever downstairs and share the signal(output) to upstair bedroom. The problem is the receiver is not redio based and unable to send remote control signal across the rooms.

pansats support uhf remote control.
however,you can just buy ir remote extenders at stores like best buy and radio shack etc for like 40 bucks or so.and the the remote work right through walls etc because you have a sender and receiver unit.its a kit.
