I have found the support pretty equal. Also opinion Viewsat very easy to upgrade and install. Both are very good units so your choice I would say.

usually SV releases thier fix first, but it's only a short of time ( not more than 30 min. ) the VS releases thier...both recievers are good.

i have them both, and the panny #1 sonicview8000 #2 viewsat9000 #3 pansat9200. by far i like my sonicview the best. i would trade it for my panny any day.
