Should I buy a Nfusion
Hey im looking into buying a Nfusion but I heard how its hardware is very bad, do you think it would work after nag 3 is introduced ? Would the IKS be up mostly after nag 3 to, I would feel bad if I invest money in this receiver and ends upp not being able to handle nag 3..and would you recommend any other IKS box which supports 61.5 ?

Re: Should I buy a Nfusion
nfusion prices have come down some,, they are pretty reliable,, picture quality isnt the best,, but the up time has been wonderful,,,as for nag 3 ,,who knows till it gets here,, till it gets here,,nfusion is still a good investment i think

Re: Should I buy a Nfusion
A couple of threads down I posted a review of the nFusion. Right now it's a much better value than the neosat ipro IMO. The pic quality is not as good as the ipro's but it is as good as my subbed DN 301 box.
I bought it from one of the sponsors that appear on the right side for $169 shipped & so far I'm really happy with it. If you have installed a printer before the usb days, you'll have very little trouble installing your nFusion.

Re: Should I buy a Nfusion
when nag 3 hits, nfusion will be the only box running. They have already cracked nag 3. if you thinkn of investing the money, do it. I have a couple of them and wouldnt think twice about buying another if i needed it.

captain + dongle = 1300 channels including HD via iks.(yes 61.5 included)
running good.has been since she was up.very little downtime.
superior picture quality and hardware.
7100usb=
200 mhz chip
64 mbs of ram
not pvr units.but feature filled otherwise.love the 7100.

Re: Should I buy a Nfusion
kbox.
a brand new line.this one runs the new virgo chip many are using such as pansat/coolie/cnx
they are decent.haven't read many testers running these yet.
flash rom oddly only 2 mbs for a new stb.i guess thats ok.but id of liked to see at least 4 mbs here.the larger the flash rom,the larger file she can hold.
seems like they are running ok via iks.
i "think" iv read they also run cardless.
still haven't taken much time to read up on these.
imho,id pick something else for now,til more light/track record is set.
