Orderd new stb. from this site. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about them?

I have got the same problem with ftasat4less. I ordered veiwsat ultra o June 27 2008 and got an order confirmation number, They took my money and I can't even get an e-mail back from them, let alone a telephone call. I looked up the address on satelite image and all it showed was 2 pot holes in the road. I have the guys name , if it is his real name.Is there anything I or should say we can do about this ??

I know some guys have no choice, and there are some really good fta sites that are very reliable on this site. But i always try and buy items face to face, no hassles, and you know where you got it and who you have to kill if its a clone or broken in anyway.

I ordered my ultra and my friend ordered his through them, we both got our products and they work fine! they are not clones either. I will agree when I ordered it seemed scary the way they do there shipping but we got ours within 2 weeks.

Hey Bobo I have an update to my thought on Paypal. I just got my answer from a claim I had put thru in June. No go nada nothin butkis. No refund not even a dime. The merchant never responded to the claim and their Paypal account is empty, duh. Paypal says toobad so sad. Dats it. SOOOOOOOO apparently a website CAN commit out right fraud with a paypal merchant/sellers account. Paypal will only gaurentee orders through e-bay sites up to a certain dollars amount. I got burned 160US.

I will be calling my cc to hopefully chargeback Paypal.

I bought mine through that site as well as some other friends of mine and we all never had any problems with them. Actually I had my fta in about three days after I ordered mine. Im thinking about getting another one from them

Live here in Vegas hate to give you the bad news but went to the store front and looked in nothing but ripped out wires and FBI stickers on the door with police tape

I just tried to call both of the numbers of the numbers Tony40 posted. The first one I got a voice mail, [ not a company voice mail ] the computer generated telephone company type. Anyway the mail box was full. In my order confirmation it said it would be shipped via UPS, the brown truck. Is there anyway that I can find out if it has even been shipped? Thanx guys1

If you know how it shipped call the shipper and ask them to Track it by your Mailing address given to FTA. They should be able to find it if it's in their system.
