What HD FTA is good?
I have SV4000 & thinking about switching to HD.
Any recommendations on which HD FTA to get
that's user friendly?

Re: What HD FTA is good?
buddy arbor gives the sonicview hd8000 a big two thumbs up buddy.
she's the top of the line ultimate HD pvr machine.
for a lower cost solution i like the captain 8000 also.this is the lowest priced hd stb on the market with good support.this one tho, is only mpeg2hd.(some call it a bev hd only unit)

welcome to aba
I've been testing the SV8000 for awhile now and have had no problems with it at all. It is currently rated the number 1 receiver. I also use the VS9000 as a back up and consider it a very good receiver too.
Both of these receivers have excellent support!!
