new receiver

Hi... i have a coolsat 6000 and now know it's a door stop. i have been doing alot of reading over the past couple days. i want to get another receiver nothing fancy i just have 110 and 119 DN. the support is the most important thing to me how quick the fix comes out after a hit the least amount of down time. everyone talks about the quality and performance of the receivers and many members have different info. i just would like to know which has the best support and least down time ....any help would be great....

Least downtime = Nfusion or Neosat (IKS boxes but they still go down)

Sonicview, Viewsat, Captiveworks or Conaxsat (in any order) have great standalone support. They dont have to be connected to the net and are normally down for a couple to a few hours when hit.
