Nfusion sd or neosat ipro 2000!!!! - ABA DSS

Please give your input, nfusion sd or neosat ipro 2000, which one has a better future with fta and n3?

I have 'em both, and right now it's pretty much up in the air , wait and see what pans out in the latest HIKS vs. EKS war...the Suns system of the nFusion is pretty awesome already, but the Neo's pvr options are way more advanced...Supposed to be a big Show for the Neo this monday with new HIKS testing...if you can stand to wait a few days I'm sure ABA will be flooded with raves and rants on this testing phase...If you can't wait, right now I'd have to say the nFusion is a better pick...this STB just keeps going now matter what is thrown in the stream, but in my expierience, you can never count out V2neo...it's going to be a win win situation eventually...2 great STB's.

i agree. i love my ipro. i have seen some down time these past few weeks, but nothing too bad. my dad has the nfusion hd and he wont shut up about it. he loves the thing. pvr was a big part of my decision so i went with neo. i was supprised at how nice the pic was on my lcd tv with the neo. it's hard to make a wrong decision between these two.

Yup, the future's very uncertain right now. If you want immediate result, I would suggest getting the NFusion as it seems to be the better box as of now. But Neosat has more potential definitely with new features and IKS systems being planned for it. And yes, Neosat has better picture quality.

neosat has promised the HIKS for a while now. it was i beta but i dont know what happened to it. i am keeping my fingers crossed that it actually gets done. there is really a lot of potential. i am interested to see what happens monday with that testing.

EKS seems to have more potential than HIKS. And it will have BEV.

i agree, but the coders of eks aren't part of noe team anymore.

It is EKS... and the EKS team is not part of the neo/neusat coding team.... they are an independent team of coders, some of which have worked with neo/neu in the past and are using the iPro as part of testing to show n3 a viable hack coming very soon... I hope this clear some of the air...
