1) Start Pro Loader V2.4 (Must use this version; all version before this are not usable), click on "Key", make sure "To Receiver" is checked. Point using BROWSE to the folder where the “Soft_Cam.KEY” file is located. When done click “Connect” and wait for the process to complete. You do not have to do a Database Reset or a Factory Set after the keys load.
When done, there will be no picture or sound since the keys are not correct and need to roll. Move the channel to DN until the keys auto-roll, then do the same with a BEV channel.
“Load-Instant-Keys”
This method is intended to get you ‘viewing’ right after the keys are loaded. But you need to use Cyber DBS Tool program to get the latest keys and load them into to proper places in the file. After saving, the file can be downloaded to the CS.
1) Load the file “Soft_Cam.Key” file (attached to this sticky) into a TEXT Editor by right clicking on the file and select "EDIT". The object here is to change the keys to the current ones found using the Cyber DBS Tool. The program is available here: http://forums.f2atv.com/showthread.php?t=14788
2) Unzip and install the program. Click on the EXE program to start it.
3) The keys to change are shown below and in the picture: (these are NOT correct; just serve as an example); Use the IDEA Aux 0 as is and cut & paste those keys into Line “00” for first set. Then use IDEA Aux 1 for the second set starting with “01”.
Do this for each provider where DN is in Slot #1 and BEV is in slot #2. For clarity, here's what "Slot 1" and “Slot 2” should look like:
; SoftCam - KeyFile
; Slot 1 <-- DN
N 0001 00 CDDEDF671BBEDC9C5D31EBAE26042
N 0001 01 969F5F99936219B485E9B96A20C33195
; Slot 2 <-- BEV
N 0801 00 E89BC351F2C65B1813FCF92C825393F8
N 0801 01 B830556F9570F9322D1801C2137D44FE
After the changes are to your liking, save the file as "Soft-Cam. KEY".
4) Start Pro Loader V2.4, click on "Key", make sure "To Receiver" is checked, BROWSE until you find "Soft-Cam.KEY" and click "OK". Then click Connect" and wait for the process to complete. You do NOT have to do a Database Reset or a Factory Set.
5) Using the CS remote, press "8282" to enter the Key Edit menu. A visual check of the screen shows that the "00" and "01" keys have been transformed into "10+11" and "20+21" respectively.
Footnotes:
